This Privacy Policy explains how Coburger (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website, the Coburger customer app and the Coburger Driver app (together, the “Services”). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing and all traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised staff.

Data retention and deletion

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by emailing hello@coburger.au. We will action deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.

Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
